1. What kind of housing do you live in? What type of housing do you live in?

IELTS Speaking Part 1 Topic accommodation Sample Answer: Currently, I am living in a 1-bedroom apartment in the city. I live on the first floor in a newly constructed building situated in a gated community. The building has several floors secured by CCTV cameras and security guards. The building is situated near my workplace and close to the market and therefore very convenient for me.

2. Do you prefer a house, a flat, or an apartment?
