Employees have the chance to be promoted within their current job category based on their performance, experience, and eligibility criteria. This progression is tied to the time spent in a particular posting location.
Notably, employees receive an additional special allowance of 1800 rupees per month, which isn’t factored into the basic pay calculation. After completing a decade of service, an Associate gets promoted to a Senior Associate. Upon crossing the twenty-year service mark, an Associate advances to the role of Special Associate, accompanied by a monthly special allowance of 2500 rupees.
This allowance is then included in the calculation of the basic pay. Once an Associate completes 30 years of service, they can rise to the position of Chief Associate, earning a special allowance of 3500 rupees, which is also factored into the basic pay calculation.
