  • Teachers should ensure thorough discussion of individual or group projects, starting from assignment to draft reviews and finalization.
  • Support students by providing relevant materials, suggesting websites, or obtaining necessary permissions from businesses or malls for their projects.
  • Schedule Project Work periods strategically throughout the academic session.
  • Ensure students engage in the challenging process of project completion rather than relying on ready-made external materials.
  • Require students to present their projects before the class.
  • Encourage the improvement of students' self-esteem and imagination, ensuring that both the teacher and student find happiness in the project process.

Presentation and Submission Guidelines for Project Report

Upon completion of the designated term, each student is required to prepare and submit their project report, adhering to the following criteria: The project should consist of 25 to 30 handwritten pages. Ensure a neat presentation by submitting the handwritten project in a tidy folder. Organize the project report in the following sequence:
  • The cover page should include the project title, student information, school, and year.
  • Include a list of contents.
  • Start with acknowledgments and preface, expressing gratitude to the institution, places visited, and individuals who provided assistance.
  • Introduction of the project.
  • Present the topic with a suitable heading.
  • Outline the planning and activities undertaken during the project, if applicable.
  • Share observations and findings from the project visit.
  • Conclude with summarized suggestions or findings, and explore the future scope of the study.
  • Include photographs if available.
  • Attach an appendix.
  • Incorporate teacher's observations.
  • Include teachers' signatures.
  • After project evaluation, punch the report in the center to prevent reuse, making it available for reference only.
  • The evaluated project will be returned, and the school may choose to retain the best projects.
