Introduction

Throughout my life, I've read a lot of novels, but "Game of Thrones" is one that I keep coming back to. I originally read it in college and have read it several times since.

When you read it

I did the same when it was initially published. When I purchased some of my college textbooks online, the book was available and being promoted. To be honest, the book's cover image attracted me, and after reading several reviews, I decided to get it. I continued reading the book for a month after it was received the next day, and it was a fantastic experience. It immediately obtained popularity and was turned into an entertaining television series.

What the book is about and what sort of book it is

The stories of Game of Thrones, set in the fictional Seven Kingdoms of Westeros and the continent of Essos, are based little on George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire novel series.

And explain why you think it is exciting

What I like most about "Game of Thrones" is the fantastic world that Tolkien created. The plot is exciting and thrilling, and the characters are well-developed and memorable. The book has several concepts, some of which are universal and eternal, such as friendship, loyalty, and sacrifice.

Conclusion

I've read "Game of Thrones" several times and consider it a masterpiece. This tale has touched many readers. Everyone should, in my opinion, read the book at least once.

Paula Hawkins' book, "The Girl on the Train," gripped me and forced me to read it several times. I recall reading it for the very first time in university, and it has since been an important part of my collection.

When you read it book

I read the book after discovering it at a book fair. It appeared to be interesting, and after reading the summary, I was impressed. At the same time, I purchased the book and read it in my house in just ten days.

What kind of book it is

It was exciting, tense, and mysterious. It is a blockbuster for people who love thriller films and is based on a true event that provides many important lessons.

What it is about

The Girl on the Train, a psychological thriller by British novelist Paula Hawkins, explores three women's viewpoints on relationship troubles (created by dominating males) and the heroine's alcoholism.

And explain why you think it is exciting

It delivered a really strong message, mostly due to its inspiring idea. Rachel, the book's protagonist, looks at the same house twice a day on the train from London to the suburbs because she is an unhappy, alcoholic divorcee. It's about how women are regularly subjected to huge societal pressure, leading them to intentionally search out dangerous circumstances (or become victims of such situations).

Conclusion

In simple terms, "The Girl on the Train" had a huge impact on my emotional and mental growth, therefore it has a special place in my heart.

Describe a Book That You Have Read Many Times Follow-Up Questions

Follow-up questions for "Describe a book that you have read many times" are provided below. During the test, this session lasts about 4-5 minutes and requires you to discuss questions regarding an IELTS Speaking topic or question on your cue card.

Question 1- Do you prefer books or movies?

Answer - I'll be honest, I enjoy watching films. I don't enjoy reading books. Compared to books, which require you to imagine the characters and specific scenes, making reading more repetitive, films are dramatic and allow you to see the characters.

Question 2 - Do you believe reading the book is essential before seeing the film adaptation?

Answer - In my opinion, films can be more successful than books. For example, the film Half-girlfriend was amazing, but the book was quite boring and, when read before the film, felt like there was no climax or finish. However, the ending was revealed in the film, which benefited the audience, and it was certainly one of the blockbusters of its time.

Question 3- Do boys and girls like the same kind of books?

Answer - Boys almost always choose action, comedic, and comedy books for girls. Girls love to read romantic novels and rom-coms.

Question 4- What kind of books do Indian people like to read?

Answer - This is dependent on the individual. Reading tastes, in my opinion, differ by age group. For example, children may choose comic books or fairy tales, adults may like to read about current affairs, and older may prefer religious literature.
