Introduction

Habits help us establish good daily routines that promote self-care, discipline, and progress. We can structure our days around what we consider necessary to maintain our happiness and sense of fulfillment. This is why having a daily routine is so important.

What is it?

My everyday schedule begins with yoga, followed by a bath, breakfast, worship, and going to work. However, the primary thing I don't miss is my morning walk.

Where and when do you do it? Who do you do it?

Every morning, I practice 30 minutes of yoga. My favorite supernatural location is my terrace garden, where I feel so peaceful and relaxed in the open air. I've been doing this activity every day for about 6 months now. On my phone, I have an application that leads me through my yoga practice. I usually do it alone, but occasionally my friend or mother joins me.

Explain why you enjoy it.

I enjoy it because it makes me feel like I'm doing something positive for my body. I used to be a little overweight, but I've now lost roughly 14 kg, and my body shape appears and feels a lot better. I went from being slow to being much more active and healthy. I used to spend a lot of time flipping around in bed, attempting to fall asleep because I also suffered from insomnia. However, after doing yoga every day, I can now fall asleep within minutes of resting my head on the pillow. A solid night's sleep has also helped me focus better on my studies.

Conclusion

Yoga may be done at any time, but I love to start my day with it. If my morning is too busy, I reschedule it.

However, I am willing to adapt to this practice when my living conditions change, possibly by trying new jogging routes or including alternative types of exercise. What began as a 15-minute jog has evolved into a 30-minute run, followed by a brief meditation session at the park.
