JKBOSE Class 11th Political Science Syllabus 2025: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) conducts board exams for Class 11th as well in two zones– Soft Zone and Hard Zone, each with its own academic calendar and schedule. 

The JKBOSE Political Science syllabus for Class 11 is structured carefully to provide a comprehensive understanding of political ideas, constitutional values, and institutional frameworks. It is divided into two main parts: Part A (Indian Constitution at Work) and Part B (Political Theory).

The JKBOSE Class 11th Political Science Syllabus gives a detailed outline of the topics to be covered throughout the academic year. It is divided into two parts — Part A: Indian Constitution at Work and Part B: Political Theory. 

The syllabus also includes the details about the exam pattern as it helps in better preparation. The exam pattern includes both subjective and objective questions. It includes the following types of questions:

  • Objective Type Question/MCQ (1 mark each)

The JKBOSE Class 11th Political Science Syllabus 2025 Marks Distribution is given in the syllabus to allow students to prioritize important key topics. As Political Science is a theoretical subject, 80 marks are allotted for the written exam and the remaining 20 marks for the project work. 

This balanced approach allows students to focus on both conceptual understanding and practical application.
