Candidates who are going to appear in IIT JAM 2026 must consider the following points to follow the guidelines on the exam day:
Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 90 minutes before the reporting time to complete the formalities in a hassle-free manner.
Candidates must verify their exam city and centre address in advance from the admit card.
If feasible, try to check out the exam centre a day in advance to prevent any last-minute hassle. It will help prevent losing precious time, just in case a candidate reaches the wrong destination.
