To help students, NTA has now rescheduled the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam dates. The updated schedule allows students to take both their board exams and JEE Main without any clashes.
The clash between JEE Main 2025 Session 2 and CBSE Class 12 board exam dates had been a major concern for students, parents, and schools. Many schools and students had requested NTA and CBSE to reconsider the exam dates to avoid scheduling conflicts.
In response, NTA reviewed the requests and decided to reschedule the exam dates for affected students. The updated JEE Main 2025 Session 2 schedule is as follows:
April 2, 3, 4, 7, 2025 : Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech)
First Shift : 09:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
Second Shift: 03:00 P.M. to 06:00 P.M.
April 8, 2025: Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech)
Second Shift: 03:00 P.M. to 06:00 P.M.
April 9, 2025 : Paper 2A (B.Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning)
First Shift: 09:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
Paper 2A & 2B (Both) – 09:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
NTA has considered students' requests to make sure that those appearing for both board exams and JEE Main can take their exams without any clash. The revised dates for such applicants have been updated on the official NTA website.
Students can check their new exam slots and download their updated admit cards from jeemain.nta.nic.in using their login credentials from March 28, 2025.

If any student still finds their JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam clashing with a board exam, they should email jeemain@nta.ac.in by 5:00 PM on March 29, 2025, attaching their CBSE admit card and JEE Main Exam City Slip as proof.
