UP Board 12th Class Chemistry Syllabus 2025: The UP Board releases the syllabus for the academic year to provide complete information about the syllabus and its marking scheme. Students are advised to refer to the syllabus during their preparation for a structured approach.
Preparing subjects like Chemistry for all the science stream students is a challenging task. But with the help of the syllabus, students can break down complex topics into manageable sections, focus on high-weightage units, and align their preparation with the latest exam pattern.
The UP Board 12th Class Chemistry Syllabus 2025 includes 10 major units which should be studied thoroughly by the students to score well in the academics. As 70 marks are reserved for the written examination, students must focus on understanding the theoretical concepts like Solutions and Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids as they both carry 8 marks each. Students must prioritize units based on their marking scheme and plan their study time accordingly
The exam duration is of 3 hours and students are required to score at least a minimum of 23 marks in the written exam and 10 marks in the practical exam to pass in the subject. The passing mark is 33 marks.
