IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited has issued the latest advertisements for the engagement of Apprentices for its various Refineries under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended). A total of 1770 vacancies are available for Trade and Technician Apprentices across different trades and disciplines.

As per the official notification, the online registration process started on May 3, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates may submit their online applications through the NATS/NAPS Portal and the IOCL Portal on or before June 2, 2025.

• Candidates need to select the Apprenticeship Opportunities in the top menu and proceed to begin registration.
• Enter your basic details and provide the necessary documents to complete the registration form.
• Your registration ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

For Post Codes: 104, 105, 106 & 107 (Register on NATS Portal):

• Visit the NATS / Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) Portal, https://natseducation.gov.in.
• Complete the registration process with your basic information and upload the required documents.
• Submit the registration form to obtain login credentials.

Step 2: Online Application at the IOCL Portal

After completing the successful registration on the NATS/NAPS Portal, candidates are required to fill out the online application at the IOCL website following the steps below:

• Fill out the online application form with your personal information, educational qualification and NATS/NAPS registration details.
• Upload the scanned photograph and signature image (not exceeding 50 kb in jpg format).

IOCL Apprentice 2025 Age Limit

To be eligible for the IOCL Apprentice, 2025, candidates must have attained a minimum age of 18 years, while the upper age limit should not exceed 24 years as on 31st May 2025.

However, relaxation in the upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD candidates will be provided as per the Govt guidelines. Moreover, only a Marksheet/Certificate issued by the Board of Secondary Education for passing Matriculation (Class X) Examination will be accepted in support of age. 

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 years
• Maximum Age Limit: 24 years

IOCL Apprentice Selection Process 2025

The selection process for apprenticeship positions in IOCL involves the following phases:

• Shortlisting & Merit List Preparation - The shortlisting of applicants will be done based on their percentage of marks secured in the essential qualification. The merit list of shortlisted candidates will be made public at iocl.com. In case of a tie, candidates older in age would be preferred. 
• Document Verification - Candidates need to bring the original documents with self-attested photocopies for verification.
• Medical Examination - Candidates must meet the medical standards of IOCL.
