The candidates appointed as Wealth Manager will receive Union Bank must sign a Service Indemnity Bond agreeing to work with the Bank for at least 3 years. If they leave before completing 3 years, they will have to pay the Bank Rs. 2,50,000 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) plus any applicable taxes, as per government rules.
