The OJSE prelims consists of one paper with 100 marks. The paper contains 100 questions, with one mark each. There is a 25% negative marking for incorrect answers. To qualify, general candidates need to score above 40%, while reserved candidates need to score above 35%.
The OJSE 2024 Mains exam is a written subjective exam. It includes 5 papers, 2 compulsory and 3 optional. Compulsory papers cover General English and Procedural Laws. Optional papers include Law of Crime and Law of Torts, Personal Law, Law of Property, Law of Contract, and Jurisprudence and Constitution of India.
