The ore extracted from these mines is processed in two process plants situated in Jaduguda and Turamdih. UCIL also has an underground mine and processing plant in Tummalapalle, Andhra Pradesh. The Company has expanded some of its operations in Jharkhand and begun pre-project preparations to establish new mines and plants in various parts of the country, including Gogi in Karnataka, KP M in Meghalaya and Lambapur in Telangana.
