What is NEET?

NEET Full Form is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, is a qualifying and entrance examination introduced by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the Dental Council of India under the Regulations on Graduate Medical Education 1997 and BDS Course Regulations, 2007. It was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary on December 21, 2010, February 15, 2012, and May 31, 2012. NEET was implemented by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and the MCI. The examination is conducted for admission to undergraduate medical courses such as MBBS, BDS, and postgraduate medical courses like M.S, M.D, etc.
