NEET Result 2022 Update

National Test Agency (NTA) will release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2022, tomorrow i.e 07^th Sep 2022. Before releasing the results, NTA will release the Answer keys to the Entrance test on their official website: neet.nta.nic.in. After releasing the Answer Keys, candidates will be given time to raise any query or objection using the application number and the password on the website.

You can also check the approximate result according to the released answer keys. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website of NTA for the deadline for raising objections. 

How to Download the Answer Keys

To download the answer keys, you can follow these instructions:

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA: neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: At the bottom of the homepage, you’ll find “NEET UG Answer Keys 2022” click on the given link

Step 3: Enter all the credentials such as Application number, Date of birth, and the security pin

Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen 

Step 5: Download the result for future reference

Cut-off Criteria of NEET UG 2022

The cut-off of the examination will depend on several factors:

1. Total number of the seats
2. The number of students who’re giving the examination
3. The difficulty level of the examination

Marking Scheme: NEET UG 2022

Section A: To answer the questions, students need to choose an option that is correct or most appropriate according to them. To analyze the answers, the sheet will be marked in the following manner:

1. For every correct or most appropriate answer, they will earn 4 marks
2. For every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted
3. For every unanswered question, no mark will be allotted to them.
4. If there’re more than 1 option is correct, 4 marks will be awarded to those who mark any of the correct answers in the sheet.
5. If all the answers are correct, 4 marks will be awarded to the student who has attempted the question.
6. For every wrong or incorrect question given in the question paper, 4 marks will be awarded to all the students whether they’ve attempted the question or not.
