KEE

• KEE 2019 counselling will be conducted at the University premises.
• Firstly, the candidates will have to reach the counselling venue according to the time and date allotted as per their All India Rank secured in KEE 2019.
• Candidates will not be able to authorize parents/guardians/anyone to attend the counselling instead of them. This may lead to their disqualification.
• At the venue, the candidates will be allotted seats according to their rank, preference of branches and availability of seats. When the rank is being called out, the candidates should be present.
• After confirming their seat, the candidates will have to pay the required fee through demand draft drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Karunya University”, payable at Coimbatore.

During the counselling of KEE 2019, the candidates will have to undergo verification of documents. The following list of documents have to be presented by the candidates whenever required:

• Admit card of KEE 2019
• Provisional enrollment letter
• Valid ID proof (driving license, passport, etc.)
• Class 10 and 12 Mark sheets
• Transfer and Migration Certificate
• Community Certificate
• Recent Passport Size Photograph (4)
• Aadhaar Card
• Ration Card as a proof of residence
• Christian Minority Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of Jesus Calls Young Partner (if applicable)
• Income Certificate or Form-16 of parent for financial year 2017-2018
• Attested community certificate issued by Tehsildar, Revenue Officer or Magistrate.
• DD of tuition fee for a tentative amount of Rs. 50,000 in favour of “The Registrar, Karunya University” payable at Coimbatore.
