The candidates seeking consession in the course fee  for the courses offered at Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT), Panipat will have to follow the steps below. These instructions will give you an idea about filling the NAT 2019 application form and will guide your through the admission process.
 
Online Application Form Process:
 
Cost of Application Form/Brochure is Rs. 700/-. The steps to fill the application form online is as follows:
 
Step 1: You have to click on the direct link which will be provided here. Through that click, you will be directed to the official website.
 
Step 2: A page will open where you have to fill all the details regarding personal details, educational details, etc. The details will include:
  • Name of the candidate
  • Father’s name or guardian’s name
  • Email id
  • Contact address
  • City
  • State
  • Pincode
  • Mobile number
  • Course interested
  • Highest qualifications and results in brief
  • The score of JEE Mains exam
Step 3: After carefully filling all the details, candidate has to click on the “Submit” button to complete the application form filling process completely.
 
Step 4: The final step includes the payment which is to be made in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of “APIIT SD INDIA”, payble at Panipat and send the same at APIIT SD India, Faridpur Road, GT Road, Karnal Side, Near Toll Plaza, Panipat- 132103 (Haryana).
 
Offline Application Form Process:
 
Another option for filling APIIT NAT 2019 Application Form is also available for the aspirants i.e. through offline mode. The steps to fill the form in offline mode is as follows:
 
Step 1: You have to click on the direct link which will be provided here and you will be directed to the official website.
 
Step 2: You will be given an option to download the application form which will include the form, attestation form A, attestation form B and acknowledgement card or form C, so candidates are advised to download it and take the print out of it which will be used for filling. Attestation form B is to be used by APIIT for the verification of the candidates at the examination centres.
 
Step 3: In the next step, you are required to fill the important details which will include:
  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Father’s name
  • Mother’s name
  • Category
  • Religion
  • Region
  • Roll No., All India Rank (JEE), State all India Rank (JEE)
  • Nationality
Correspondence and permanent address:
 
Exam Roll No., Board, Year of Passing, Marks Obtained, Maximum Marks, % age (Aggregate) in class 10th, 12th.
Photo of the candidate where three self attested passport size photographs are required. One should be pasted on the application form & one each on Attestation Form A and Form B.
 
Step 4: In the final step, candidate will have to send Demand Draft for 700/- in favour of “APIIT SD INDIA”, payble at Panipat which is required to be attached with the filled in application form at APIIT SD India, Faridpur Road, GT Road, Karnal Side, Near Toll Plaza, Panipat- 132103 (Haryana).
 
Documents whose Photocopies have to be Attested with Offline Form
There are a list of documents whose photocopies need to be attested with the offline application form of APIIT NAT 2019. They are listed below:
  • 10th/Matriculation Certificate with Date of Birth
  • 10+2/Intermediate Marks Certificate
  • Diploma/Degree Certificate
  • Diploma /Degree Detailed Marks Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • Medical Certificate
  • Character Certificate
  • Reservation Certificate (if any)
