Candidates can download the JIPMER 2019 prospectus to check the complete guidelines to fill the application form.
  • JIPMER application form 2019 will be accepted only through online mode.
  • The online registration will be opened from 6th March 2019.
  • The application form can be filled and submitted till 12th April 2019.
  • Candidates should fill all the details carefully in the application form. No modification will be allowed in later stage.
  • Candidates have to upload the photograph and signature in the prescribed format by the authority.
  • Take a printout of the filled-in application form along with the confirmation page after the final submission of application fee.
 
The list of documents and details must be kept handy before starting the registration process for JIPMER 2019 application form. It will help candidates in a smooth submission of application form of JIPMER 2019.
  • A Valid ID Proof Number (Aadhar or e-Aadhar Or Passport)- JIPMER, Puducherry will not permit any other ID proof other than Aadhar card/e-Aadhar/Passport.
  • Contact details- Mobile Number and Email ID
  • Candidate’s Name and Date of Birth (Corresponding with Class 10 Pass Certificate)
  • Father’s and Mother’s Name
  • Parents’ Educational Background, Occupation, and Income
  • Candidate’s Educational Details (Class 10 and 12)
  • Digital Photograph, Signature and Category Certificate (if applicable)
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPLOADING PHOTOGRAPH / SIGNAUTRE:
 
a. One (1) recent colour passport size photograph with light background is required. Black & White / Polaroid photographs are not acceptable.
 
b. Photograph MUST be taken on or after 31.01.2019.
 
IMPORTANT
 
a. The photograph must be taken with a placard while the placard is being held by the candidate indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph. In case name and date are written on the photograph after taking it, the application will be rejected.
 
b. The name and date on the photograph should be legible.
 
NOTE : Candidate must upload photograph and signature to correct specified fields.
 
Do not make any mistake in uploading signature and photograph.
 
a) Candidate must have in softcopy/digital of PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH (30mm width x 45mm Height) and save it as “Candidate Photograph.jpg” provided by photographer. Keep size of photograph minimum size 20KB, as the maximum size limit is 200KB.
 
b) nCandidate has to affix his/her SIGNATURE in an area of 80mm Width X 35mm Height on paper with a black ball point pen. Scan that paper. Cut Signature is of 80mm Width X 35mm Height and save it as “Candidate Signature.jpg”. Keep size of Signature minimum size 20KB, as the maximum size limit is 200 KB
 
INSTRUCTION FOR UPLOADING COMMUNITY/OPH CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)
  • If a candidate belongs to other than UR & P-UR category, he/she should upload his/her caste/community certificate.
  • If a candidate belongs to OPH/P-OPH category, he /she should upload his/her disability certificate.
  • Candidate should scan the Caste/Community/OPH certificate (whichever is applicable) and save it as “Community Certificate”/ “OPH certificate” (whichever is applicable) as JPEG/JPG/PDF format. Keep size of Community/OPH Certificate within limit is 800 KB (Maximum size will be allowed for uploading the certificates)
DISCLAIMER:
 
a. Mere completion of “REGISTRATION FOR PAYMENT” does not confer right for issue of Hall Ticket.
 
b. The process of submission of application On-line is completed only after clicking the “submit button” after Uploading personal details, *Scanned Photograph and Scanned Signature (Refer to the Flow chart appended to the prospectus).
 
c. The candidate is advised to download a copy of their filled in application which contains Application No., Personal details, scanned photograph, scanned signature and the payment details.
 
d. Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
 
e. No request for change in the details provided in the application will not be considered, after the submission the On-line application by clicking the “submit button”.
 
f. Incomplete application, application with false details will be rejected
 
NOTE:
 
• The applicant is advised to read the Prospectus carefully before starting online registration and ensure that no column is left blank.
 
• Candidates are advised to go through On -line application User Interface given as Annexure – V before filling up the application.
 
• In the event of rejection of the on -line application form, no correspondence / request for re- consideration will be entertained. Fresh application with another payment has to be made on -line.
 
• Refund of application fee will NOT be entertained under any circumstances (No refund of fee paid earlier will be done). The applicants are therefore required to exercise due caution while filling and making online payment.
 
• Once application is submitted, candidate alone is responsible for the correction of the uploaded data.
 
• The application once submitted is FINAL and NO request for change in any data filled by the applicant will be entertained a t any stage.
 
• In case the candidate has found an error of entry committed by him/her in the application, a new application has to be submitted along with the prescribed fee. The earlier application will automatically stand cancelled
 
• No E-Mail or Written communication will be entertained in this regard
 
APPLICATIONS SHALL BE REJECTED IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
 
1. Candidates who fail to fulfill the prescribed age limit for admission .
 
2. Candidates who fail to obtain the minimum stipulated marks in the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or + 2) (vide prospectus page number 9).
 
3. Candidates who have applied under Non-Creamy Layer OBC Category and whose sub-caste NOT listed in the current Central OBC List and who’s Certificate has NOT been submitted in the prescribed format  from the Competent Authority.
 
4. The candidates who have applied under SC/ST Categories WITHOUT valid Certificate as in the prescribed format  from the Competent Authority.
 
5. The Candidates who have applied under PUDUCHERRY status with NO valid proof as mentioned in the prospectus page number 8.
 
6. Non submission of OCI Registration Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
 
JIPMER MBBS application process involves five steps which can be checked below. It must be ensured by the candidates that they have all the documents and details ready as mentioned above before filling the application form of JIPMER 2019.
 
Step 1: Registration
 
Candidates will be required to click on the link which will be made available as and when the JIPMER application form 2019 is released. Enter the name, date of birth, valid email ID and an active mobile number. The authorities will be contacting the candidates via message and email for setting/resetting of password. After entering all the details, enter the code as given in the image and click on ‘register’. 
 
Step 2: Login
 
After registration, candidates will receive a link to login on their registered email ID and will also receive a User ID and Password on their mobile number and email ID both. Now, candidates must click on the login link received on the email ID and enter the User ID and Password. After the submission of details, click on ‘login’ button.
 
Step 3: Fill JIPMER MBBS 2019 Application Form
 
In the next step, candidates need to click on the ‘Edit’ button on the top right corner of the screen, to fill or edit JIPMER application form 2019. Now, candidates will be required to enter personal details like name, father’s and mother’s name, birth date, category, nationality, ID proof number, educational details, etc. Apart from this, candidates will be required to answer questions like if they are resident of Puducherry etc. In the next section, choose the exam cities where candidates wish to appear for the exam. The documents need to be uploaded in this section as per the specifications mentioned above. After the submission of all the mandatory details in JIPMER 2019 application form, candidates will be required to copy the captcha code and click on ‘Submit’ button.
 
Step 4: Payment of JIPMER application fee 
 
After the submission of personal and academic details, candidates will be required to submit the JIPMER 2019 application fee via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. Candidates can check below the JIPMER 2019 application fee that needs to be paid for successful submission.
 
Step 5- Print JIPMER Application Form 2019
 
Now, the candidates can take a printout of the duly filled JIPMER 2019 application form. Since the application form will be required at the time of counselling, therefore, candidates are advised to keep a copy of the application form of JIPMER 2019.
