Application Filling Procedure VTUEEE 2019:

Application Fees

The application forms of VTUEEE 2019 are available from September 13 in both online and offline modes. Candidates will have to fill the details required and submit it on or before the last dates specified by the university. Candidates who wish to apply for the VTUEEE 2019 Examination (phase II) will be required to select for the phase II examination at the time of filling the VTUEEE application form 2019.

VTUEEE 2019 Offline Application Form:

In person: Candidates can purchase VTUEEE 2019 application forms from the regional offices of Vel Tech by paying the required fees of Rs 950 in cash. Click here to check the list of such centres

Candidates can also purchase the application form by submitting a DD for Rs 950 in favour of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology”, payable at Chennai.

By post: Candidates can post the DD for Rs 950 in favour of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology”, payable at Chennai. The envelope should contain a written request mentioning the candidate's name, postal address, pin code along with the DD and should be sent to the address mentioned below.

Filling in the offline VTUEEE application form:

Candidates must fill all the requisite details - personal, academic and others. They must fill the details using a black ballpoint pen in capital letters. Candidates must affix a passport size colour photograph with white colour background taken not more than two months earlierin the space provided. The photo must also indicate clearly the candidate's name and the date of taking the photograph. Candidates must also sign in the designated place. Finally their parents must also put their signature in the given space. Candidates are advised to take a copy of the filled in application form for their reference.

VTUEEE online application process includes the following steps:

Step 1 –Registration: Candidates will have to first register by providing the information required like name, valid phone number, and email address, choice of programme and state.

Step 2 –Filling of details in application form: Candidates registered will receive an email on their provided email address along with their application number, password and link to complete the application form of VTUEEE 2019. Candidates will have to fill all the details as required in the application form. It is to be noted that the details filled must be authentic.

Step 3-Payment of fees: After filling the details, candidates will have to make the fee payment of Rs 950 via online or offline mode. The online payment can be made through net banking / debit card or credit card. However, for offline payment, candidates will have to send a requisite letter having their complete address along with a demand draft made in favor of “Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology”, payable at Chennai to the director of UG admissions, 400 feet outer ring Avadi, Chennai.

Step 4–Uploading photograph & signature: Candidates will have to upload their coloured passport size photograph and signature with a limited size of 100 KB.

Step 5- Download the application form: Upon successful completion of application form and payment, candidates can download it and keep it safe for future use.
