CUCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit
There is no prescribed age limit for the candidates willing to apply and appear in the CUCET 2023 examination.
Educational Qualification
The minimum educational qualification for the CUCET 2023 examination is class 10+2. Find the course-wise educational qualification in the table below.

CUCET 2023 Registration
CUCET 2023 examination is held in two phases, phase 1 and Phase 2. The phase 1 registrations were over in November 2022 and the CUCET 2023 phase 2 shall commence in June 2023. Get the correct steps to fill out the registration form in the section below.
- Step 1: Visit the official website of Chandigarh University
- Step 2: Click on the CUCET account registration link
- Step 3: Enter details like the candidate’s name, contact number, email id, and date of birth and click on the Create button
- Step 4: Generate the login credentials and then use the same to access the CUCET application form
CUCET 2023 Application Form
- Step 1: Now, login to the portal using the credentials generated during the registration process
- Step 2: Now, enter details like gender, date of birth, candidate’s category, parent’s information, PWD status, educational qualification, courses are chosen, phone number
- Step 3: Next, choose the CUCET exam date and preferred slot and timing
- Step 4: Go through the application form and then review it before completing the payment process
- Step 5: Complete the application form filling by paying the fee using any of the payment methods i.e. Debit or Credit Card

CUCET 2023 Exam Pattern

CUCET Previous Year Question Papers
The CUCET previous year's question papers are available on the official website of the university. Candidates have to download the CUCET 2023 previous year papers PDF for all the subjects separately. Attempting these papers helps to get an idea of the structure of the exam, the level of the questions asked. The candidates should try to attempt the papers for the last five years.
CUCET 2023 Admit Card
CUCET 2023 admit card will be announced for phases 1 and 2 separately. The admit card is released only on the official portal of Chandigarh University. Candidates have to use the login credentials to download the admit card for the CUCET examination. The admit card consists of a lot of details like the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, exam venue, exam timing, venue address and important instruction related to the exam.
CUCET 2023 Result
CUCET 2023 results will be announced after the examination is over. The candidates need to download and check their results and qualifying status once the same is available. CUCET 2023 Counselling
CUCET counselling is conducted after the written examination is conducted successfully. The university first releases a merit list with the names of the successful candidates. Thereafter, they need to register for the counselling round. The candidates who find a name in the provisional list are called to participate in the counselling process. The final admission is offered to candidates based on the total seats, rank, and marks secured in the exam.
CUCET 2023 Cutoff
CUCET 2023 cut off marks are announced separately for the written exam and counselling round. The board announces the sane on the official website of Chandigarh University. Candidates have to go through the CUCET cut off marks to know about their selection status in the exam. The minimum cut off marks is released by considering the difficulty level of the questions and the normalisation process.
