1. Indian students born between 1st January 2005 and 31st December 2009, both days inclusive.
2. Must not have completed (or scheduled to complete) Class 10 exam earlier than 30th Nov 2019.
3. Must not be appearing in any of NSEA, NSEB, NSEC or NSEP 2019.
