The application of PTU CET 2019 form will be available via online and offline mode. The candidates can apply for the application form in both the ways.

The candidates need to pay a payment of 550/- at the PTU center for the application fee and if the candidate is sending through DD the payment of 600/- to be made.
All the application form will be accepted once the payment is made. If any error while filling the application forms, then it might get rejected.
