Steps to fill NEE 2019 application form:

• Registration
• Filling of applicant details
• Uploading of photograph and signature
• Filling of academic details
• Selecting exam centre
• Preview and confirm

Step 1 - Registration - To start the registration process, click on the ‘New Registration’ button. This will redirect the candidate to a registration form which will have different fields like:

• Email id
• Select and confirm password
• Name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Name of parents
• Mobile number

It must be noted that details submitted at the time of registration cannot be changed afterwards, so one needs to be careful.
After entering the above details, click on ‘Sign Up’ button. Upon successful registration, a confirmation message will appear on the screen. Activation links will also be sent to the registered email id and mobile number of the candidate. Click on the activation link to complete the registration process.

Step 2 - Filling of application form:
Log-in to the newly created applicant account to access the application form. The candidate has to first select the Programme Type ( NEE-I, NEE-II, etc) and Programme Name. When applying for a programme, check the eligibility and if eligible click on the corresponding checkbox.
Next, applicant details have to be entered, which has three sections - personal and communication details.

• Personal details - category, physically challenged, nationality, region, state of domicile, reservation of seats, marital status, Aadhaar number, whether candidate is a NERIST student.
• Permanent and correspondence address - Building/house number, landmark, city/town/village, district, post office, state, PIN, etc.

Step 3 - Uploading of documents:
In this step, photograph and signature have to be uploaded in the prescribed format, as shown in the table below.

Step 4 - Filling of academic details:
Depending on the programme opted for admission, the candidate has to enter details like name of the exam, board/university, year of passing, name of the school/college, division/grade, marks obtained, total marks, and percentage(%).

Step 5 - Selection of exam centre:
A maximum of two options can be picked by the candidate in the order of preference.

Step 6 - Preview and confirm:
The candidate at this stage will be able to preview the filled-in application form and check whether the information entered is correct or not. If everything is ok, click on the confirmation button.

Step 7 - Payment of application fee:
This is the final step of the application process. The application fee may vary depending on the category of the candidate and can be paid in online mode only. Upon fee payment, take a printout of the completed NERIST NEE 2019 application form for future reference.
