NTSE
The application form of NTSE 2019 was available in offline or online mode from the Liaison Officers address as listed for each state/UT. The candidates willing to appear for NTSE 2019 could apply through the liaison officer of the state/UT or as specified by the exam conducting authority for the availability of application form. The candidates could obtain the application form and fill all the required information correctly. The application form of NTSE 2019 was to be submitted before the last date of application as specified by the state/UT. Before submitting the application form, it is essential to get it duly signed by the school’s principal. The candidates were required to contact with the Liaison Officer for their state/UT regarding NTSE 2019 application form availability, last date of submitting the form and other relevant information.
Steps to apply for NTSE 2018-2019:
1. Registration and Application form for NTSE 2019 – The candidates could visit the listed Liaison Officers address or the official website of their respective state/UT to get the application form of NTSE 2019.
NCERT has assigned the Liaison Officers to provide complete information regarding how to get application form of NTSE, fill in the applicant details, how to submit the application, form submission and the last date of application for NTSE 2019.
The candidates will be able to get either an offline application form or pdf. Application form to be downloaded from the official website of their state/UT.
2. Fill up the application form – The candidates needed to fill in all the required information in their own handwriting only.
The candidates must have read the instruction for filling up the application form before actually filling it up to avoid any factual error.
Candidates were needed to ensure that the admit card for NTSE Stage 1 exam 2019 was attached to the NTSE 2019 application form and submitted along with it only.
Also, candidates needed to affix their recent coloured passport size photograph at the space provided on the NTSE 2019 application form.
3. Form submission – The candidates needed to submit the application form of NTSE 2019 before the last date along with requisite application fee (if mentioned by the exam conducting authority of the state/UT).
The candidates were required to get their application form of NTSE 2019 duly signed by their principal of the school before submitting it to the Liaison Officers address.
The application form was to be submitted only to the address mentioned for their respective state/UT’s exam conducting authority. NTSE 2019 application form sent to NCERT’s official address was not permitted and accepted.
There is no separate application form for NTSE stage II exam 2019 and, candidates who will qualify the stage I examination at the state level will eventually be eligible for next level. They will be issued e-admit cards for NTSE stage II exam 2019.
